All honesty, thought this was going to be a good place. Their teledoc services were terrible, I wanted to see someone in person for my questions, they called me 10 minutes before my appointment to tell me to stay home and do a teledoc appointment. Even though I had a negative covid test result to prove that my symptoms were not covid. During the teledoc the internet on their end went out so I couldn't communicate with them properly. Overall, it was like using WebMD... I was misdiagnosed and had to go somewhere else. Another terrible factor is that it is nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone when you have an inquiry. I've been playing phone tag for the past 3 weeks over a bill discrepancy. I'm writing this review because I'll probably get a response faster.

Dr Shinde is hands down the best Doctor I've ever had in my adult life. I've had a few issues with mental health and I was very hesitant to speak to a Dr because I am not a fan of medication but knew I needed help. I was referred to him by a friend and she was right when she told me that Dr. Shinde has this super rare trait in that he actually cares about his patients. Now that I live in California I've been doing Tele-Med appointments and he's always been so accommodating in helping me stay on track with everything until I can find someone local. If you need a primary, need help with sorting out some mental health issues, or just want a solid experience all the way around I would highly recommend Aayu. I actually feel cared for... its a very special experience.

The medical provider was excellent, knowledgeable and concerned. The tester was excellent, thorough and compassionate. The only problem was that I didn't get my rapid COVID-19 test results until the next morning, instead of in 15 min. Nevertheless, the clinic made my results available and it was easy to access them. Overall, great experience, great staff, will be visiting Aayu clinics again in the future!

The service was great and fast once I got to the test taking phase. The telehealth appointment needed prior to getting the test was hard to figure out. I am a millennial and good with technology, but I couldn’t find the link. Pretty good overall bu the website was really frustrating.
